How do I get help?Open
Send an email to support@basaltworks.com with a short description of the issue or feedback. If you are reporting a bug, include your device model, OS version, app version, and screenshots if you have them.
Does Dungeon Quiz require an account?Open
No. Dungeon Quiz does not require an account.
Where is my data stored?Open
Your game save and preferences are stored locally on your device and may be included in device backups. This includes your character, questions, battles, quests, rewards, achievements, bestiary, statistics, language, audio, haptics, and autosave settings. Dungeon Quiz does not upload this game save to a Basalt Works server.
What does Delete Saved Data remove?Open
Delete Saved Data removes the main save, statistics, bestiary, and achievements. It does not clear every preference, advertising-consent state, or purchase record held by RevenueCat, Apple, or Google. Device backups may also restore local data.
How do ads and purchases work?Open
Dungeon Quiz only offers rewarded ads, not banner or interstitial ads. An ad is requested after you choose to watch one and only when Google’s consent tools allow the request. All real-money purchases are managed through RevenueCat and processed by Apple or Google; Basalt Works does not collect your payment card details.
