We act as the data controller for personal information collected through the App.

Local Data Storage

The App stores your activities, plans, templates, and statistics locally on your device using AsyncStorage. This data remains on your device.

The export feature creates a local JSON file that you can save to your device or share through your device's native sharing options, such as Google Drive, iCloud, email, or other apps.

We do not upload your data to our servers.

Device Information

We may collect device-specific information such as your device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information to improve app performance and compatibility.

Usage Data

We collect anonymous usage statistics to understand how users interact with the App, including feature usage, session duration, and crash reports. This data helps us improve the App experience.

Payment Information

When you purchase the Pro version, payment processing is handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not collect or store your payment card details.

We only receive confirmation of your purchase and a transaction identifier.

• To provide and maintain the App functionality.
• To process your Pro version purchases and restore purchases.
• To send you notifications (if enabled) for reminders and updates.
• To analyze usage patterns and improve our services.

For users in the European Union, we process personal data based on the following legal grounds:

Local data stored on your device remains until you delete the App or clear app data.

Basalt Works does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

We do not disclose personal information except as necessary to provide our services or as required by law.

The App uses the following third-party services:

• Expo: Development platform and over-the-air updates. Expo Privacy Policy.
• Apple App Store & Google Play Store: For distribution and payment processing.
• Service Provider Diagnostics: We receive automatic crash reports and diagnostics through Google Play Console and App Store Connect. These do not include personally identifiable information.

The App is not intended for children under the age of 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware of such collection, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.

We implement appropriate technical measures to protect your information. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your information may be processed in countries other than your country of residence. By using the App, you consent to such transfers.

We ensure appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, are in place.

We may update this policy periodically. We will notify you of changes by posting the new policy in the App and updating the "Last Updated" date.
