How do I get help?Open

Send an email to support@basaltworks.com with a short description of the issue or feedback. If you are reporting a bug, include your device model, OS version, app version, and screenshots if you have them.

Does Animal Gacha require an account?Open

No. The current mobile app has no account system or cloud sync. Your operating system may still include local app data in a device backup and restore it later.

Where is my game data stored?Open

Core progress such as your collection, packs, balances, achievements, profile, and combat progress is stored locally on your device. Separate preferences, one-time markers, and caches are also local and may be included in operating-system backups.

What does Reset Progress remove?Open

Reset Progress replaces the core game state. It does not clear every preference, marker, cache, advertising-consent choice, purchase marker, or record held by RevenueCat, Apple, or Google. Clearing app data or uninstalling may remove more local data, but a device backup may restore it.

How do rewarded ads and purchases work?Open

Animal Gacha uses optional Google AdMob rewarded ads only; every ad request in the current app is explicitly non-personalized and is gated by Google UMP privacy choices. You can reopen those choices in the app. When the Store opens, RevenueCat uses an anonymous app identity to manage optional purchases and restores through Apple or Google. Basalt Works does not collect your payment card details.
