How do I get help?Open

Send an email to support@basaltworks.com with a short description of the issue or feedback. If you are reporting a bug, include your device model, OS version, app version, and screenshots if you have them.

Does Animal Gacha require an account?Open

No. The mobile app is local-first and does not require an account.

Where is my game data stored?Open

Your collection, packs, DNA balance, achievements, settings, profile, and combat progress are stored locally on your device using AsyncStorage.

How do rewarded ads and purchases work?Open

Rewarded ads may grant in-game packs after completion. Optional purchases are processed by Google Play and managed through RevenueCat. Basalt Works does not collect your payment card details.
